絵画、立体・インスタレーション、イラストレーション、グラフィックデザイン、写真、映画、メディアアート、エンジニアリング、パフォーマンスやそれら既存のジャンルにとらわれない作品を幅1,650×奥行き1,650×高さ2,400mmのブースにて3日間展示。自由に表現していただきます。
We are searching for creators in the fields of painting, sculpture, installation, illustration, graphic design, photography, video, media art, engineering, performing arts, mixed-media and more, who are challenging the boundaries of genre. For 3 days, the selected creators will be able to express themselves freely, within a booth measuring W1,650×D1,650×H2,400mm.

出展料・ブースサイズ
◾️ 出展料／3日間
¥48,400 （税込）［電源使用料］¥11,000（税込）※1500Wまで
※個人、グループ出展共に同額の出展料となります。
※PCなどの電気機器をはじめ、作品自体に電源が必要な場合は上記の電源使用料がかかります。
※ブースには会場の天井部からブース全体の「地明かり」用に、照明機材を設置いたします。
作品の個別照明をお考えの場合は、別途ご用意のうえ、上記電源をご利用ください。
※出展料は審査を通過後、参加決定の際にお振込みいただきます。応募は無料です。

幅1,650×奥行き1,650×高さ2,400mm 展示壁の仕上げ：木パネルに白塗装
※スパイラルホールに50の展示ブースを設置します。
◾️ 出展に際して
・スパイラルホール（スパイラル3F）は入場有料エリアです。
・作品を販売する場合は、価格の15％の手数料を申し受けます。作品の発送は各自でおこなっていただきます。
◾️ 審査結果
審査結果は2025年3月上旬にメールにてご連絡いたします。また、出展者はSICFウェブにて3月中旬に発表いたします。
審査を通過した方は、SICF26に出展いただきます。

会期の最後には、来場者の投票によって決まるオーディエンス賞をはじめ、各審査員賞、準グランプリ、グランプリを優秀作品に授与、作品発表の機会を提供します。

・新規性：既存領域にとらわれず、新しい表現手段、表現領域に挑戦できているか。
・独創性：他の模倣ではなく、独自の発想や独創性を感じられるか。
・表現力：アイデアやコンセプトを作品の中で表現できているか。
・技術力：作品の芸術性を高めるための技術力を有しているか。
・将来性・事業性：スパイラルの事業活動（企業とのコラボレーション、パブリックアートへの応用、商品化など）への展開が見通せるか。また協業への柔軟性を備えているか。

・国籍、年齢、作品ジャンル不問。
・会期中、会場に常駐できること。
・個人もしくはグループ。

応募フォームに作家・作品情報などの必要事項を登録し、展示プランや過去の作品画像などをWeb上にアップロードしてください。

個人情報は、応募作品の問い合わせ、審査の結果通知、その他SICFの業務で必要と思われる事項、および次回以降の案内をするために利用させていただきます。原則として、ご本人の承諾なしに、それ以外の目的で個人情報を利用または第三者に提供することはいたしません。
・EXHIBITION部門とMARKET部門の両方に応募する事は可能ですが、審査通過後、実際にご出展いただく部門はどちらか1部門になります。

EXHIBITION FEE AND BOOTH SIZE
◾️ EXHIBITION FEE/3 days
¥48,400 (tax included) [Electricity supply] ¥11,000(tax included) ※up to 1500W
※ The fee is the same for individuals or groups.
※ The electricity fee will be charged if you use electricity whether it is for your own device charger or for a part of your exhibit.
※ Lighting will be installed from the ceiling of the venue, it will lighten the booth entirely.
If you are considering individual lighting for your work, please prepare your own material and apply for the electricity supply option.
※ Application is free. The exhibition fee will be required after the applicant passed the screening process.
◾️ BOOTH SIZE
SIZE: W1,650×D1,650×H2,400mm WALLS：white wooden panels
※ Spiral Hall will host 50 booths.
◾️ ZONE SPECIFICATIONS
・The visitors admission to Spiral Hall (Spiral 3F) area will be charged.
・The exhibitors who sell their works will be charged 15% of the price of the work in total by SICF office as handling fee. The shipment of the works is at the charge of the exhibitor.
AWARDS
At the end of the festival, a series of prizes is announced, including the Judges’ Awards, Semi-Grand Prize, and Grand Prize as well as the Audience Award, which is selected by visitors. The winners receive the opportunity to exhibit their work again with Spiral.
Grand Prize
・The winner will be invited to present a solo show at Spiral (500,000 yen will be prepared for the exhibition).
・The winner will be introduced on Spiral web platforms.
Semi-Grand Prize
・The winners will participate to the Winners Exhibition .
Judges’ Awards/Audience Award/Daily Art Award
・The winners will participate to the Winners Exhibition (group exhibition).
◾️ EXAMINATION CRITERIA
・Newness: Are you challenging new means of expression and explore yet uncovered areas of the creation?
・Originality: Are your works original and not inspired by others?
・Expression: Are your ideas and concept clearly expressed in your works?
・Technic: Do you have the technical ability to enhance the artistry of your work?
・Potential: Do your works have a business potential that can be developed in and out of Spiral (curatorial exhibition, commercial exhibition, public art installations, etc.)?

◾️ APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS
・All nationality, age and type of work will be accepted.
・The applicant must be present at the venue during the event.
・The applicants may be an individual or a group.

In order to apply, please register the necessary information in the application form and upload the exhibition plan and past works images on the web platform.

◾️ SCREENING PROCESS
The results of the application screening will be announced to the applicants by e-mail in the beginning of March. The list of participants will be published on SICF website around the middle of March 2025.
Those who passed the screening process will be invited to exhibit at SICF26.
COMPLEMENTARY INFORMATION
・Participants must allow SICF operating company Spiral / Wacoal Art Center to use copyright images in all printed matters and web contents accompanying the publicity and promotion of this event.
・ Participants personal information will be used, by SICF, to contact the applicant about the submitted work, to notify the results of the examination, to inform about next steps, or other matters concerning SICF. As a general rule, we will not use or provide personal information to third parties for any other purpose without the consent of the applicant.
・ It is possible to apply for both the EXHIBITION and the MARKET sections, but after passing the screening, you may only exhibit in one category.
